The Computer Support Group is changing from a conventional member group, where regular attendance for the meeting is the norm, to a drop-in session. A small team of u3a members offer to try to assist any other Ledbury & District u3a member with using computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. This help will usually be because something is not working correctly or as expected, or help is needed with a software program.

It is obviously important for you to bring your device to the meeting so that it can be determined if it is contributing to your problems. However, you cannot bring a power transformer to the meeting unless it has been PAT tested. Please ensure that your device is sufficiently charged prior to the session.
