We have temporarily merged the two groups.
We discuss the big issues of the day. This year we’ve discussed National Identity and Palestine, how we can individually contribute to combating climate change and the implications of the war in Ukraine. (We only do big issues).
We enjoy ourselves in exchanging ideas and learning more about each issue. All members are invited to put forward an issue to discuss and to do some preliminary study to lead the group. There is no rota, members are free to propose an issue or not as they please.
We don’t claim to come up with solutions, but we do enjoy ourselves in exchanging ideas and learning more about each issue.
