Members of the group believe that being active is the secret to staying healthy. On our walks we explore the wonderful countryside of Hereford, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. It is also a social activity, meeting new people and keeping the mind active. The group meets at 10am and walks are usually 4-5 miles, lasting about 2 to 2 1/2 hours at a steady pace. Sometimes we travel up to 30 minutes away by car before starting our walks.

We take it in turns to lead walks and all members are encouraged to do so. Help and advice is available to prospective walk leaders in order to ensure a great walk.

Membership is open to all who wish to join us for a great mornings  outdoors activity.
